The Flower Box has been lovingly owned by Lisa J Smith since 1999.

With 37 years of experience as a florist, Lisa trained at Pencoed College of Horticulture, achieving NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 with distinctions. Her knowledge, creativity and genuine passion for flowers are at the heart of everything we do.

From our shop in Port Talbot, Lisa and the team create beautiful, individual designs using carefully selected, quality flowers and foliage. Every arrangement is made with personal care, whether you’re choosing a thoughtful gift, celebrating a special occasion or simply brightening someone’s day.

We’re proud to serve our local customers and love getting to know the people and families who visit us. You’ll find plenty to inspire you, from our unique Jam Jars and stylish hatboxes to hand-tied bouquets and bespoke designs created especially for you. We’re always happy to offer friendly, personal advice and help you find something perfect.
